FEATURE
Plastic/Laminate Cutter
Creates fine score lines on hard plastic plates made of acrylic and PVC for a clean break. Also used for making striations in various hard materials.
For a powerful cut.
Large handle is easy to grip and suited for powerful cutting. The wheel lock secures blade firmly so that it will not shake even when used with force.
How to use
(1) Repeat cutting until it reaches at least half the thickness of plastic plate.
* Cutting depth needed depends on the thickness of material to be broken. To ensure a clean break, cut to a sufficient depth.
(2) Break plastic board by snapping from the edge.
(3) Use the back of blade to smooth the cut edge.
*Be sure to retract blade after use.
How to replace blade
Remove the screw and pull out the blade.
* Two additional replacement blades are stored in handle.
* One PB-800 blade has 2 cutting edges.
