About What sparked OLFA Safety Series?
Though knives are useful, they carry the risk of causing injury depending on how they are used. If an injury were to occur, it could be damaging to a company in various ways, including in terms of production and compensation. For this reason, more and more companies are restricting the use of utility knives due to the increased safety awareness in recent years.
However, restricting the use of cutting tools can greatly reduce work efficiency, and companies are forced to make difficult decisions, weighing the risk of injury and work efficiency.
In response to this situation, OLFA has launched the Safety Series, designed with safety and work efficiency in mind, in order to reduce the risk of injury that can occur with knives.
